Job Description

Job Summary:

The Continental Commi I is responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of continental dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications. Prepare ingredients such as meats, vegetables, and sauces for cooking. Cook and present dishes in accordance with restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations. Ensure proper storage and handling of food products to prevent spoilage. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient workflow. Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines. Participate in training and development programs as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role or culinary training. Knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
