Assist in basic food preparation such as chopping, peeling, and cutting.
Follow recipes and instructions given by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Help with preparing ingredients for daily operations.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for service.
Support senior chefs during cooking and plating.
Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
