Job Description

Food Preparation:

Washing, peeling, chopping, measuring ingredients; seasoning and portioning dishes according to recipes.

Kitchen Hygiene & Safety:

Cleaning workstations, equipment, and storage; applying food safety standards (HACCP); reporting hazards; observing safety precautions.

Stock & Inventory:

Receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, rotating stock, discarding expired items, and alerting supervisors to low stock.

Operational Support:

Assisting the Chef de Partie (station chef), learning opening/closing duties, and helping other sections when needed.

Teamwork & Learning:

Attending briefings and training, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
