Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as per the established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items.
Follow hygiene and safety standards as per HACCP and company policies.
Support the Chef de Partie and Commis I in daily kitchen operations.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients using various kitchen equipment.
Perform basic cooking tasks such as chopping vegetables, making sauces, and preparing garnishes.
Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
Maintain proper portion control and minimize food waste.
Work efficiently during busy periods and assist in other sections when needed.
