Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
Wash, peel, chop, cut, and cook food items as per the standard recipes and menu requirements.
Kitchen Operations:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Ensure all utensils, cooking equipment, and workstations are cleaned and sanitized.
Ingredient Management:
Check and prepare raw materials and ingredients before the start of each shift.
Properly store ingredients and maintain correct labeling and stock rotation.
Support Senior Chefs:
Assist the Head Chef and other senior staff in daily kitchen operations.
Follow instructions and ensure consistency in food presentation and taste.
Quality & Hygiene:
Follow all hygiene and food safety standards as per company policy.
Ensure proper handling of kitchen waste and maintain a hygienic working environment.
Inventory & Stock Control:
Inform the Chef or Kitchen Manager of any low stock or missing items.
Help in receiving and checking supplies for quality and quantity.
Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Be punctual, disciplined, and maintain a positive attitude toward colleagues and guests.
Learning & Growth:
Actively participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills.
Take initiative to learn new recipes and cooking methods
