Key Responsibilities
Prepare chapatis, rotis, phulkas, and other Indian breads as per standard recipes
Ensure correct dough preparation, portioning, and cooking techniques
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work station
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
Assist senior chefs (Commi 1 / Commi 2 / CDP) as required
Ensure minimal wastage and proper storage of raw materials
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
Work efficiently during peak service hours
Follow kitchen SOPs and instructions from the Head Chef
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3 months to 1 year experience as a Chapati Maker or Commi Chef
Basic knowledge of Indian bread preparation
Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit to stand for long hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
