Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, peeling, portioning) Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation Follow instructions from Commis 2, Commis 1, and Chef de Partie Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies Help with mise en place before service Label, date, and store food items properly Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards Dispose of waste according to kitchen protocols Support other team members during busy operations

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent Culinary training or prior kitchen experience (preferred, not required) Basic understanding of kitchen operations Willingness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen Ability to work in a team and follow instructions Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays Physically fit; able to stand for long hours and lift light to moderate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
