Job Description

Culinary Production:

Cook a wide range of Chinese dishes using traditional techniques (stir-frying, steaming, etc.).

Quality Control:

Maintain consistent high standards for taste, ingredient quality, and presentation.

Kitchen Management:

Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness, manage stock, and ensure compliance with food safety laws.

Menu & Cost:

Assist with menu planning, costing, and minimizing waste.

Staff Supervision:

Train junior kitchen staff, conduct briefings, and step in for senior chefs when needed.

Guest Relations:

Handle guest queries professionally to ensure positive experiences.
