Performing the most basic and high-volume food preparation tasks, such as:
?Washing, peeling, and chopping large quantities of vegetables and fruits.
?Measuring and mixing ingredients accurately.
?Preparing basic stocks, simple salads, and sauces as directed.

Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Ensuring their work area is
clean and sanitized
at all times. This includes:
?Washing pots, pans, and utensils.
?General cleaning and tidying of the station.

Stock Management:
Assisting with
receiving and organizing deliveries
, and performing
basic stock rotation
(FIFO - First In, First Out) under supervision.
