Job Description

Core responsibilities

Food preparation

: Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients according to standard recipes and instructions from senior chefs.

Cooking

: Assist with or cook simple dishes and prepare sauces, condiments, and other components for Asian cuisine.

Kitchen support

: Help with all other aspects of the kitchen, including preparing ingredients for restaurants and catering, and supporting senior staff as needed.

Hygiene and safety

: Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and a clean and organized workstation. Follow company procedures for food safety, labeling, and cleaning schedules.

Stock management

: Assist with taking stock and compiling lists to aid in ordering supplies.

Teamwork

: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation and maintain positive working relationships.

Adherence to standards

: Follow all company procedures, quality expectations, and food safety regulations.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
