Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, quality standards, and portion control guidelines.
Assist the Chef de Partie/DCDP in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and labelled.
Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of work stations and equipment.
Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene rules at all times.
Assist in inventory control and stock rotation.
Support junior commis and help maintain smooth workflow during service.
Monitor food wastage and contribute to cost control.
Maintain high standards of presentation and taste consistency.
