Assist in menu planning, food costing, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Assist in receiving and storing raw materials and ingredients.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to meet operational needs.
Adapt to different stations in the kitchen as required.
