Title :- Commercial Sales Manager - Real Estate

Location :- Bibwewadi, Pune Maharashtra

Experience:- 8+ Year in Real Estate Commercial Sales.



10 -15 years of sales experience in real estate. At least 3 years leading a sales team at a regional level. Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and conversion analytics.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs



Lead Management & Funnel Governance

Ensure strict adherence to calling cycles, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene. Monitor lead scoring and ensure the team is prioritizing high-quality leads correctly.

Coordination with Channel Partner (CP) Manager

Align with CP Managers on partner performance, lead flow, and closures. Identify performance gaps and jointly create action plans to strengthen CP contributions.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Managers.

Reporting & Dashboards

Present insights and corrective measures to senior leadership.

Market & Territory Management

Identify micro-markets with potential and optimize territory coverage.

Customer Experience & Escalation Handling

Support in handling high-priority clients and escalations.

Compliance & Governance

Maintain data accuracy and compliance within CRM and reporting systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?75,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
