Danfoss is looking for commercial project manager to handle Drives Business Job Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following. . Should have excellent communication & conflict management skills. . Should be able to work in matrix organization culture in coordination with various department. . Should be open to travel to customer sites for negotiations & payment collections. . Supporting sales in Commercial terms and conditions validation during bidding stage in coordination with finance and legal department. Negotiating & finalizing various clause of contract such as, risk purchase clause, liability clause, limitation of liability, terms of payment, compliance clause, force majeure clause. . Vetting all purchase orders and providing order acknowledgement to customers. . Revenue planning and monitoring project scheduling in coordination with technical project managers & ensuring on time delivery without any LD. . Follow up with customers for payment collection in coordination with credit management team to ensure timely collections. . Supporting sales in tendering activities in terms of documentation & also managing documentation for vendor approval with end users and consultants in coordination with engineering team. . Contract & Commercial Management: Manage all contractual & commercial issues with client, vendors, partners, coordinating & supporting for legal related issues managing SLA agreements. . Project risk mitigation and ensuring proper commercial closure by successfully passing the overall warranty period and complete collection of payment. . Monitoring & improving project margins in coordination with supply chain and engineering team. . Claim Management: Maintaining, raising & settlement of all the claims with customers. . Manage Billing Break-up for supplies & services with client, resolving issues pertaining commercial sale. . Coordination for Letter of Credit & Bank guaranties matter with finance team & customer. . Coordinating with logistic & project manager for dispatch of material from factory. The ideal candidate possesses these skills. Experience - Minimum 10 years Education - B.E - Electrical / Electronics Engineering or B. COM (H) with MBA in first class from reputed institute Exposure to Heavy Industries such Metals, Mining, Cement, Oil and Gas, Power.
