  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization\'s objectives.
  • Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Review purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and drive efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on procurement performance and initiatives for management review.
