Working as part of the UKI Commercial Management team to support the Commercial Management Team Lead and Commercial Management Specialist, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the commercial oversight of key supplier relationships and service contracts that support the smooth running of our offices.   • How to work effectively with numerous internal and external stakeholders on a variety of issues and initiatives
As a Commercial Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure contracts are current, high performing and aligned with operational needs
  • Lead the commercial management of suppliers including AV Services, Technology Services and Project Management, working closely with Service Owners and Procurement
  • Maintain and update a detailed contract management tracker (including start/end dates, activity, resource levels)
  • Support contract extensions and amendments with financial summaries and reporting
  • Work with the Service Owner to resolve service delivery issues promptly and effectively
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to policies, procedures and legislation
  • Build strong relationships across AWS/LTS and Procurement and with external suppliers
  • Support Service Owners in applying best practice supplier management
  • Assist in developing supplier scorecards and performance reports
  • Provide input into key commercial management reporting
  • Support the development of new processes to enhance supplier management practices
  • Shadow and support the Commercial Management Team Lead and Commercial Management Team Specialist on complex contracts
  • Manage sharepoint access and contribute to team knowledge sharing
