Job Role
Experience in undertaking credit audit for Retail / Corporate Agriculture, Infrastructure
Finance, Commercial Vehicle, Tractor / farm equipments, Gold Loan etc. business.
xefx82xb7 Performing Credit Audits for lending business (working capital as well as term loan
products) as per the Risk Based Audit Plan.
xefx82xb7 Review of credit due diligence process, documentation, early warning signals and pre-
post sanction conditions.
xefx82xb7 Review adherence to internal processes as well as regulatory guidelines.
xefx82xb7 Identify potential weaknesses in credit risk evaluation, credit monitoring and overall credit
related processes, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
xefx82xb7 Conducting Independent financial analysis and identify miss outs, if any, in credit
assessment notes.
xefx82xb7 Ability to assess Process, Risk and Controls and drive improvements.
Responsible for:
xefx82xb7 Preparation of Business Understanding Document and Audit Checklist ensuring
adequate audit scope coverage.
xefx82xb7 Assist in finalization of Sampling.
xefx82xb7 Keep control of audit data and follow up with auditee for the same or generate the same
from system to complete audit within stipulated timelines.
xefx82xb7 Preparation of Audit Observations and Findings, independently handle
Discussion/Closure of the same with auditee.
xefx82xb7 Assist in preparation of audit reports with adequate documentation and post-report
activities like closure of the audits in system and closure of actionable.
xefx82xb7 Deliver on time high quality audit reports.Job Requirements
xefx82xb7 CA/MBA qualified or prior experience in credit audit (working capital and term loan
products) or credit underwriting.
xefx82xb7 Knowledge about corporate credit analysis for working capital and term loan products,
assessment and monitoring.
xefx82xb7 Excellent understanding of banking business processes and internal controls related to
lending area.
xefx82xb7 Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in team environment.
xefx82xb7 Effective report writing and presentation skills with good verbal and written
communication skills.
