Introduction:

This role is within a big data and analytical focused team, which is responsible for supporting Barclaycard Payments on delivering data & analytical opportunities. a, The analytical asks and insights will include new & existing customer growth, activation, as well as retention opportunities, understanding of the full client journey where data can support clients. The insight and analytics are used to influence strategic decisions, and identify new opportunities. Operating in a culture where best practice, latest analytical tools & data techniques are shared between geographies, continually driving improvements in analytical solutions.

aAEURAa, a, a, Work across teams and stakeholders to identify areas of improvements and identify, design, execute and monitor testing results across digital acquisitions offers

What weaAEURA(TM)re looking for:

aAEURAa, a, a, Bachelor's degree in an analytical / statistical discipline required (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative field)
aAEURAa, a, a, Years of analytical experience in marketing analytics, risk analytics or other quantitative/analytics field
aAEURAa, a, a, Ability to write and execute analytical queries in SAS, SQL, Python to extract data from a database and perform data analysis to develop new solutions and drive business insightsa,
aAEURAa, a, a, Solid written/verbal communication skills

Skills that will help you in the role:

aAEURAa, a, a, Bank, Payments, Cards, or related financial services industry experience preferred
aAEURAa, a, a, Master's degree in an analytical / statistical discipline preferred (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative field).
aAEURAa, a, a, Good understanding of financial services business and profitability (P&L) structurea,
