Job Description

To provide business, sales and project governance support to the PDS APAC Head of Commercial Operations by identifying, measuring and improving on the compliance within our systems, process, procedures and standards. As to provide constructive input and feedback to the business and staff which will in turn support consistent service throughout all aspects of our business both internally and to our Clients. This will be solely focused on Commercial/Pricing:

Assist the PDS APAC Head of Commercial Operations in reviewing, responding and analysing different delivery models when PDS APAC are responding to Global and Regional MSA\xe2\x80\x99s. This is inclusive of pricing, MSA T&C\xe2\x80\x99s review and suggested revisions (in conjunction with legal & risk), scopes of services, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s etc.

Work closely with PDS Management, Global, Sales Team, Regional Commercial Excellence Executive, Legal, Ethics, Risk & Compliance and Finance to achieve the above.
