Roles and Responsibilities Operating Net Banking logins for downloading various collections related bank statements. Promptly responding to the emails received related to collections of payments by downloading email attachments of payment acknowledgements. Plotting the Loan account numbers and Customer Names against the respective entry in the Bank statement. Sending the Combined bank statement by inputing all the LANs a to LMS team for posting of collection entries. Generating the un-identified / suspense transactions report. Coordinating with relationship team and sales team members for payment related queries.
