Responsibilities:
Contact delinquent clients by email & phone - Manage the collections process for assigned accounts which includes reviewing account information, contacting clients about outstanding invoices, and working with internal Legal team and outside collections agencies on the status of outstanding accounts..
Analysis of client accounts & aging report.
Communicate & Assist sales in resolving client billing issues.
Assist with special projects.
Ensures that FDS receives money owed for services
Responds to client requests and inquiries about billing, payment terms. Ensures a high level of customer service to FDS clients

Required Skills:
Education qualification any degree with Finance/Accounting background
Should have minimum 1+ years of work experience in collections and resolving client billing
Good to have knowledge of Payment applications, Order to cash
Customer service working with internal & external clients
Problem Solving Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
High attention to detail and organization Invoice/billing accuracy
Proactive work style Completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Basic knowledge of excel; Analyze data
Should be willing work in 4 PM to 1 AM shift (IST)
