We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collection/Post Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all tasks related to post-sales activities up to the handover stage. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in giving possession and handing over flats, with a focus on project updates, payment reminders, cancellations, and complaint resolution.
Post Sales Handover:
Execute tasks related to post-sales activities up to the handover stage.
Demonstrate significant experience in giving possession and handing over residential flats.
Project Updates and Communication:
Stay responsible for providing regular project updates to customers.
Issue timely payment reminders and manage payment-related matters.
Address cancellations and oversee complaint resolution processes.
Customer Service:
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer service requests, complaints, queries, and requests via phone and email.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Coordination:
Collaborate with other internal functions to address critical customer queries and concerns.
Foster effective communication and coordination to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum of a UG degree
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a mandatory background in Real Estate.
