We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collection/Post Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all tasks related to post-sales activities up to the handover stage. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in giving possession and handing over flats, with a focus on project updates, payment reminders, cancellations, and complaint resolution.

  • Post Sales Handover:
    • Execute tasks related to post-sales activities up to the handover stage.
    • Demonstrate significant experience in giving possession and handing over residential flats.

  • Project Updates and Communication:

    • Stay responsible for providing regular project updates to customers.
    • Issue timely payment reminders and manage payment-related matters.
    • Address cancellations and oversee complaint resolution processes.

  • Customer Service:

    • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer service requests, complaints, queries, and requests via phone and email.
    • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

  • Coordination:

    • Collaborate with other internal functions to address critical customer queries and concerns.
    • Foster effective communication and coordination to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.


Requirements

  • Minimum of a UG degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a mandatory background in Real Estate.
