The Cold Store Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the cold storage facility, ensure inventory control and organization, and monitor storage conditions to maintain product quality. The individual will also manage staff schedules, supervise a team for smooth workflow, and address any challenges promptly. Ensuring compliance with company standards, health, safety, and regulatory requirements will be a key part of the role.

Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage a team
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills to foster a collaborative work environment
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to maintain high standards and address concerns effectively
Ability to implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards
Experience in inventory management or cold storage operations is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics or a related field is preferred
