Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive

Job Description

Conduct outbound B2B calls to wholesalers, retailers, schools, and distributors. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to support the sales pipeline. Maintain CRM records and manage follow-ups. Effectively communicate our brand and product value to potential clients.

Skills



2+ years of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation. Experience in the stationery/toys/crafts industry is highly preferred. Fluent in Hindi & English (regional languages are a bonus). Proficient in Excel and CRM tools. Strong communication & persuasion skills.
