- This role plays a critical role in expanding the agency\'s client base, increasing revenue, and contributing to the agency\'s growth and success.
- This position requires a results-oriented, energetic, and proactive individual with a deep understanding of the advertising industry.
Responsibilities :
- Familiarizing your-self with all services offered by our company.
- Managing the inbound leads via Calls/Email/LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Fixing up meetings with prospect clients and coordinating with internal teams for the same. Procuring new clients through direct contact or word-of-mouth.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Work on pitches and coordinate with the internal teams.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients\' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Supporting the Client Servicing team during the client on-boarding for smooth transition.
Requirements :
- Exceptional communication skills
- A degree in Management or in Business domain
- Experience or familiarity with Advertising industry
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus
