Co-Founder & CTO AirWE Connects is dedicated to transforming the way travelers and expats connect during their journeys. Our mobile app is reshaping the travel experience globally by offering inventive solutions to typical travel dilemmas. AirWE is a secure, user-friendly platform addressing the challenges of locating travel companions and parcel delivery through fellow travelers. It empowers users to discover companions and facilitate parcel exchanges while enabling service providers to earn additional income, all within a single, convenient platform. Role Description At AirWE, we\'re in search of a visionary Co-Founder & CTO to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of our exciting journey towards transforming travelers and expats through technology. As our Co-Founder & CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, driving innovation, and overseeing the technical aspects of our platform. Qualifications To excel in this role, you should possess a diverse skill set, including: Technical Expertise: Proven experience in software development and a strong grasp of full-stack development, with expertise in Node.js and MongoDB and good working understanding of ML/AI/LLMs Technology Leadership: Previous leadership roles in technology and a track record of successfully guiding technical teams. Product Development: Proficiency in developing and maintaining web and mobile applications, including experience with front-end and back-end technologies. Database Management: In-depth knowledge of database management systems/designs Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Agile Development: Experience with agile methodologies and project management. Strategic Vision: Ability to align technology strategies with business goals and long-term objectives. Innovation: A forward-thinking mindset with a knack for identifying and implementing emerging technologies. Collaborative Spirit: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Startup Experience: Previous involvement in scaling up startups or launching new products/services is a significant advantage. Adaptability: An adaptable and proactive approach, essential in a startup environment. Additional Role Details Full-time Commitment: This fulltime, Hybrid role provides flexibility for you to manage your current commitments while actively contributing to our venture. Your involvement will initially be based on equity sharing until we secure funding. Minimal Monthly Contributions: You may be required to make nominal monthly contributions towards the company\'s operational costs during the pre-funding phase. Location Flexibility: While this position can be executed remotely until funding is secured, please note that AirWE is headquartered in Telangana and USA. Candidates who are open to relocating to Hyderabad in the future will be given priority, aligning with our long-term objectives.
