Join the revolution with Voorent and make renting more accessible and affordable. Role Description Voorent is seeking a Tech Co-founder to help lead the company\'s technical efforts. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon. The Tech Co-founder will be responsible for developing and implementing the company\'s technical strategy, leading and managing the engineering team and ensuring continuous product improvement. The Tech Co-founder will also be a key player in fundraising efforts and will have an integral role in shaping the direction of the company. Qualifications Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar technical leadership role Experience in leading and managing engineering teams Strong background in software development, with a deep understanding of modern web technology stacks and libraries Experience in full-stack development (from database design to front-end user interface), DevOps, and cloud computing Strong experience in product development, product management, and user experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, building MVPs with rapid iteration and continuous deployment Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Good understanding and implementation of Agile methodology in a technical environment with iterative development and release cycles Entrepreneurial mindset with experience founding and growing early-stage startups is a plus Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus Good hands on experience in Java spring, React JS and SQL This role is pure equity based .
