Coffee Roaster Required for Saudi Arabia Responsibility Responsible for the overall production quality, and improvement. Implements methods of controlling the waste for each stage. Train the staff on new products. Best use of the facilities and staff as well as recommend new equipment. Recommend ways of best handling and delivering products. Develops the roasting process for every particular product. Provides and develops handling and delivery systems. Increase the roasting capacity and rates. Improves the existing quality control procedures and set auditing system. Plans, implements and monitors the best suited modern production methods required to produce the current requirements and plan future expansion needs. Check the packaging and most quality regularly. Experience : Minimum 8 years in the field of Coffee Production in Gulf Countries. Skills Good Communication ability. Leadership and motivational skills Good Technical and Supervisory skills Good Training abilities and Skills. R & D skills. High Inspectional Skills. Knowledge Full awareness of the product Good knowledge of costing accounting. Full knowledge of Quality Control concepts and procedures. Job Type: Full-time
