Coc Lead Proto Factory
Job Description
The COC Lead is responsible for implementation of all development plans for respective projects relating to all sections within the COC within Hero MotoCorp.
The COC Leads responsibility covers freezing the target agreement for all projects and delivering all deliverables like drawing release, data and DIE-GO/PROTO-GO approvals within time, cost and spec quality after proper validation.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring project deliverables within set CTQ Parameters
Planning the work load and schedules for all sections
Develops schedule for deliverables in order to meet target agreement
