Job Summary:
The AV Coordinator & Documentation professional will support Audio-Visual project delivery by coordinating between teams, managing schedules, and ensuring all AV-related documentation is accurate, updated, and aligned with project timelines.
This role requires both strong organizational skills and a foundational understanding of AV systems.
Key Responsibilities: AV Coordination: o Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and clients for timely AV project execution. o Track project timelines, installation progress, and resource allocation. o Facilitate communication between design, procurement, and installation teams. o Schedule and document meetings, site visits, and testing phases (FAT, SAT, UAT). Documentation: o Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, including: ₹ Project schedules ? As-built drawings ? Cable schedules ? Equipment inventory ? Rack layouts and connectivity diagrams o Create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs), operation manuals, and handover documents. o Track revisions and change logs throughout project phases. o Ensure documentation is aligned with customer and consultant specifications o Candidate must have good communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
