Job Description
Leading automobile parts manufacturing industry is looking Interview Mode Direct Walk-in
- Having Experience in Good Programmer setting knowledge CNC/VMC
- programming and set up CNC to complete new product/different functions
- change the tooling of the CNC machine
- Should plan for fixtures required for new parts and able to reduce the existing process time .
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
- Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening
- Should have basic knowledge of machine & Fixture, functions.
- observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
