Job Description

Experience- 5 to 8 years

Timing- 8am to 8pm

Create and optimize CNC programs for CNC machines based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications.

Select appropriate cutting tools, toolholders, and fixtures for each machining operation.

Set up CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, and selecting program offsets.

Monitor the CNC machines during operation to ensure the quality and precision of machined parts.

Conduct in-process inspections and measurements to verify conformance to specifications.

Perform tool changes and tool adjustments as required during machining operations.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure their continued performance.

Maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling, and machine setup sheets.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Ensure that all machined parts meet quality standards and specifications.

Train and mentor junior machinists and machine operators

Pay: ₹11,265.85 - ₹45,452.34 per month
