Drive sales targets across all branches in the cluster.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase loan book size.
Identify new markets, channel partners (DSAs), and growth opportunities.
Ensure healthy product mix and profitable sourcing.
2. Team Management
Manage, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and their teams.
Monitor productivity and ensure performance of field and branch staff.
Conduct regular training and reviews for sales and credit teams.
3. Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at all branches.
Maintain TAT for login-to-disbursement process.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory norms.
4. Credit & Risk Management
Coordinate with the credit team for quality sourcing and file approval.
Monitor delinquency levels and support collection efforts.
Conduct periodic audits and quality checks.
5. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
Ensure excellent customer service and grievance redressal.
