Job Role: -
Overall branch operations management
The role is focused and ensuring smooth inter-department coordination as per Banks/NBFC process and policies and meet the business goals with compliance adherence,
TAT management along with customer services & quality adherence.
Responsibilities: -
Disbursement alignment as per SOP and defined credit compliance
eNACH compliance management with 100% adherence before disbursement.
TAT - FTR & NFTR for disbursal within 24 hrs
File TAT- From disbursement to file submission at RMC- within 7 days
PDD management (RC, Insurance, Invoice, ROC, etc) as per the defined TAT
Customer service and complaint resolution within 5 days
CQC - Maintain the file quality as per the credit norms @95%+
DTA & dealer payment management - as per the DTA time frame & NIL exceptions
Collection matching within T+1
FEMI data management and presentation within the TAT (5 th of every-month- 100% adherence)
Statutory arrangements as per the NBFC and RBI guidelines
