Job Summary:We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Cluster Head / City Head - Two-Wheeler Loans to lead sales and business operations across key markets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in two-wheeler loan sales, a strong dealer/DSA network, and proven experience in managing large teams. This role requires strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities :- Business Growth & P&L Ownership : Drive sales and disbursements of two-wheeler loans across assigned cities while ensuring profitability and market share growth.- Dealer & Channel Management : Identify, onboard, and strengthen partnerships with dealers, DSAs, and channel partners to maximize lead generation and conversions.- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and field teams; ensure consistent performance, productivity, and capability building.- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across the cluster.- Market Development : Track competitor activities, analyze customer trends, and explore new business opportunities to strengthen market presence.- Operational Excellence : Ensure smooth loan processing, adherence to TAT (Turnaround Time), and superior customer service delivery.- Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, documentation standards, and RBI regulations.- Reporting & Reviews : Provide regular business updates, MIS, and performance dashboards to senior management.Key Requirements :- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Two-Wheeler Loan Sales / Vehicle Financing, with strong exposure to multi-city/cluster management.- Strong network of dealers, DSAs, and financial channel partners.- Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding business targets.- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing large sales teams.- Solid understanding of underwriting, collections, loan processes, and regulatory compliance.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Analytical mindset with ability to drive operational efficiency.- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
