Role Purpose
The incumbent would be responsible for the managing HNI customers (with surplus investment amounts of Rs. 1 Crore above) and have regular meetings with them, also supporting team to achieve their sales target which would result in a revenue of 3.5 times of CTC.
Key Deliverables
Execute cluster business plans for the Wealth Management segment to drive sales
Continuously improve the sales effectiveness
Motivate and direct the sales team
Distinguish the company vis a vis competitor
Engage in brand building exercises by focussing on the research-based strength of the company
Role Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any stream / MBA in Marketing, AMFI
Experience: 15+ Years in Sales Domain
