Job Description

Responsible for underwriting of Unsecured Business loans, Loan Against Property cases Prepares Credit Appraisal memo and underwriting of unsecured business loan and secured loan proposals within defined guidelines and TATs. Takes credit decision or recommend case for approval to higher authorities. Analysis and assessing financial risks before granting loans to borrowers. Determining their capacity to repay the credit, calculating risks, reviewing financial statements, and revising credit limits. Analysis of regular bouncing customers to identify the lead indicators of portfolio stress and provide suitable inputs to the Senior Management team to fine tune the credit policy Manages the entire credit application process, right from login to disbursement. Analyses and examines client documents, business profiles, and financial documents, loan agreement, security of property , Income analysis, KYC. Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness and ensure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification. Generates reports of profile risk analysis monthly analysis. Good to have co-lending business process knowledge Taking care of audit queries and maintaining good audit score. Co-ordinates with Sales, Operations, Collections, Compliance, Legal etc. to ensure smooth day to day functioning. Co-ordinates with internal and external auditors. Responsible for successful conduct of internal and regulatory audits on the portfolio Active involvement in PD / Customer visit as per requirement Approves and rejects loan requests based on credibility and potential revenues. Minimum Qualification : Graduate
