We the Cloud Service Operations department operate and deploy these offerings in a secure and reliable manner to contribute to our purpose "We connect people and technology for a smarter tomorrow". We are a diverse and worldwide distributed team of engineers that are working agile with RnD and the Global Support organizations to continuously improve our services. WE, THE INTEGRATION AND API CLOUD OPERATIONS TEAM, ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: to deploy, manage, control, administer, monitor & improve: . Infrastructure as Code with state-of-the-art tools like Terraforming, Helm . Service availability and stability . Creating and maintaining CD pipelines . Handling of incidents 24/7 (on-call) . Onboarding of new customers and environments . Performance of our system . Services in Pre-Production & Production stages . Fire drills and documentation for disaster recovery procedures WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: . Must ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar education or working experience ? Linux administration and comfortable with Bash ? Exposure to at least one Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure ? Exposure to at least one Configuration & Infrastructure management tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef ? Take over on-call duties ? Good vocal and written communication skills in English . Preferred ? Analytic mindset and good with troubleshooting issues ? Exposure to Git, GitOps ? Experience in managing SaaS / PaaS ? Containerization and Orchestrators like Kubernetes ? Networking and DB fundamentals ? Self-starter mentality . Good to have: ? Analytic mindset and good with troubleshooting issues ? Devops experience ? Self-starter mentality ?
