Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk), github/gitlab.
- Proven Experience configuring, maintaining, managing and migrating Jira and Confluence, and integrating Gitlab/Github (or Git repo) in an Enterprise environment
- Proven Experience creating and maintaining custom Jira automations, workflows, dashboards, and reports in Jira
- Proven Experience to write and maintain Jira customizations and add custom functions to new/existing processes
- Experience writing custom JQLs, Plugins and Scripts for the Atlassian Suite.
- Expert level experience creating custom Workflows, Issues, Fields, and Screens
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
- Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems.
- Proven experience on script runner.
- Knowledge of SDLC process and product lifecycle, agile scrum process
- In depth knowledge of issue configuration, permissions schemes, field configuration schemes, notification schemes, and users/groups/roles setup
- Strong understanding of JQL
- Ability to evaluate, test, and configure add-ones
- Passionate about technology;
- Self-driven in research and sharing best practices within the team
- Ability to learn and adopt new tools and process
- Proficient in English communication skills, with an ability to present
- Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
