Cloud DevOps Manager

This is a Cloud DevOps Manager role will be reporting Digital Operations Manager in Process Automation Business Area based in Bangalore, India. You will be primarily responsible for Managing Cloud Operations & DevOps team and ensure all functions are well managed.

Your responsibilities

• Implements enterprise software services operating model to allow for efficient and effective operations of the Digital platform applications and interactions with various stakeholders.
• Provides visibility to all running programs, tracks progress to goals, and helps to ensure that the organization is meeting established business objectives.
• Manage governance framework for the team ensuring deliverables against commitment of costs, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements (GDPR, HES etc.).
• Create and develop organization, people, skills and processes to be able to repeatably deliver enhancements to services based on Business expectations.
• Lead and Manage the team to inventively solve problems and organize information at a high-level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward with rigorous attention to details.
• Drive Operational-specific input to product team on future needs/gaps for continuous product improvement. Enforce established best practices and training across the team.
• Ensure that the respective area of responsibility is well organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.

Your background

• Graduate, post-graduation (MBA) will be added advantage.
• 10-15 years of industry experience and 5+ years of management experience in running DevOps and Cloud SaaS/PaaS services.
• Azure Cloud experience preferred otherwise should have experience working with other cloud providers.
• Must have hands-on experience in managing fleet, patching & upgrading enterprise software Cloud services.
• Should possess strong foundation in Cloud Operations space, managed and delivered in SaaS/PaaS.
• Very hands-on in managing Operations, DevOps aspects, and team of 10 or more.
• Design and ideate on monitoring and scaling Cloud services while anticipating future demands.
