Job Responsibilities - In depth understanding of residential real estate for B2C sales
- Participate in conceptualization; launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project
- Actively attend to and pitch residential projects to customers looking to buy homes
- Keep abreast of market dynamics, competition, price trends, home loan financing for better selling
- Manage daily customer walk ins with details reports
- Strong follow-ups with customers for revisits and deal closures
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of sales strategy
- Work closely with Sales Head/Closing Manager to bring deals to quick closures
- Maintain accurate daily records on a CRM with proper adherence to the sales process and lead tracking mechanisms
- Coordinate with various teams like Sourcing, presales and marketing to ensure exceptional customer service
- Play an active role during various stages of customer engagement till sales closure and provide support on query resolution Interpersonal/Trade Skills:

- Experience in using a CRM
- Good understanding of Excel Qualification: Graduate Preferable Experience: At least 2-3 Years in Real Estate
