We are looking for an energetic clinical trainer to handle a team. The roles and responsibilities as folllows; Assist in creating and/or updating training documentation and manuals. Function proficiently in common desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Flexible in attitude, able to manage daily changing priorities, able to multi-task many projects, support challenging patients (irate, rude, poor communicators), function in a team environment, and operate with little supervision. Participates in the development, revision, and enforcement of policies and procedures related to areas of responsibility. Assist user departments in developing and integrating related procedures for their areas. Responsible for meeting statutory requirements in the areas of training, education, and use of Clinical applications. Act as departmental liaison consulting with user personnel to explore information system needs and to identify and define areas of improvement. This individual will relate user needs and concerns to appropriate Information System personnel for further action and/or resolution. Assist and define/refine Information Systems Policies and Procedures on an annual basis. Keeps confidential information and data inaccessible to unauthorized personnel. Maintains key clinical application system files in accordance with our policy. Interact with all associates, guests, and physicians in a courteous, respectful, and friendly manner. Assist management in participating events with surgeons and distributors.
