The Clinical Data Analyst for Radiometer will be responsible for planning and implementing study specific data management portions of clinical research projects and will work closely with partners within Clinical & Medical Affairs, as well as within R&D, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing, across Radiometer\'s solutions within blood gas, immunoassay testing and transcutaneous monitoring. As Radiometer is a company within Danaher, there will also be an opportunity to interact and share information and findings with other Danaher Operating Companies worldwide.

This position is part of the Clinical and Medical Affairs located in the India Development Center (IDC) Bangalore, India and will be a hybrid position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the Clinical Evidence, Analytics, and Reporting team and report to the team lead for the clinical team located in IDC Bangalore responsible for data management and medical writing activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support clinical studies by designing, documenting, testing, and implementing clinical databases.
  • Develop systems for organizing data to analyze, identify, and report data discrepancies.
  • Work with Clinical Operations team (which includes the clinical study managers) and Biostatisticians to provide accurate data for further analysis.
  • Identify problems or issues that could affect the results and on time completion of the study, or any protocol deviations, and for suggest mechanisms for solving the problem.
  • Work with data visualization tools such as PowerBI etc.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • BE/BTech / MSc. Mathematics / M. Pharm
  • At least 4+ years of confirmed experience within clinical data management.
  • Keen interest in performing system validation activities such as IQ/OQ, writing and executing test cases, writing software validation reports, etc.
  • Perform routine data management activities during clinical study planning and conduct.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Data management experience with medical devices and IVDs.
  • Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
