Clinical Application Specialist - Medical Devices

JOB DESCRIPTION - CAS (Clinical Application Specialist)

Location : Multiple Locations (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune and Ahmedabad)

Department - CLINICAL

Note :

1. Travelling is 40-50% in the profile to regions because it involves working with Dealers & Partners, handling Clinical trials, Clinical training, Pres Sales Post Sales

2. Background experience in Radiology or Ultrasound will be a Plus

JOB SUMMARY :

- A CAS is Responsible for Meeting Clinical Needs of the Region - Pre Sales / Post Sales, Education and Engagement Activities - KOLS, VM, Workshops, Conferences, Training Internal and External Customers, Trouble Shooting, Competition Updates.

- He/She needs to Display Highest Standards of Product Knowledge with in depth Knowledge of Clinical Applications, Trials etc, Effective Communication with Passion and Patience to Address Stakeholder Needs thus Establishing the Brand and Providing Solution.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Job Responsibilities:

- Comply with Companies Vision, Mission and Policies

- Expert in Clinical Applications of the Products and Solutions

- Become Expert in Products , Portfolio, Customer and Market Knowledge

- Help the Sales Team in Uptrade, Cross Selling

- Ensure Coverage of Existing Customers/ Clients

- Plan and Execute Engagement Activities - VM, Pre/Post Sales Demos, Training both Internal and External Customers - with Sales Team

- Address Customer Needs, Post Sales/ Trouble Shooting

- Sending Timely Reports to ensure Business Transparency and Communication

- Identify and Develop KOLS in the Segment Focused and Developing Engagement Calendar

- Play a Key Role in Key Account Management, Market Development Activities

- Ensure Safety of Company Properties - Demo Equipment\'s

Knowledge/Experience:

- Appropriate Qualification/ Experience in Similar Role for Candidature

- Clinical Parlance and Product Knowledge

- Competition Knowledge- Models - Features and Counter Tactics

- End User Preferences, KOL Needs and Ambitions

- Experience in Organizing / Coordinating Workshops, Conferences, VM Programs etc

- Helping / Guiding End Users in the Applications to ensure Correct Usage

- Trouble Shooting and Handling Customer Complaints

Skills/Abilities:

- Clinical Skills - Continuos Learning, Updating Knowledge and Expertise on Information Shared

- Interpersonal Skills - Passion to Teach/ Train, Active Listening, Effective Communication - Speech/ Mail etc and Carrying Decorum as Required - Dressing, Punctuality, Integrity and Building Trust

- IT Skills - Using Digital Means, PPT, Excel

Abilities :

- Brand Building - Should be able to Establish Brand Superiority, Build Trust thru Engagement and Education, Trust and Image of the Company

- Networking - Should be able to Build a Good Network to use as and when required, Develop KOLs

- Organizing - Supporting/ Coordinating Events / Workshops and Executing Programs

- Situation Handling - Should be Proactive, Agile and Quick to Handle Situations, Navigate and Take Long Term Sustainable Actions thru Consultive Approach

- Team Player - Work with Teams, Mentoring New Joiners, Sharing Success Stories and Providing Feedbacks
