Liaise between doctors, therapists, and the sales team for smooth clinic operations.o Maintain stock registers for products and consumables at the reception area.o Ensure the reception area and waiting lounge are always clean, organized, and presentable.

Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
.o Customer-first mindset with a polished and confident demeanor.
Comfortable using clinic management software / CRM tools.
Prior experience in aesthetic clinics, wellness centers, spas, salons, or premium hospitality is a plus.
Qualificationso Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Healthcare Administration /Related field preferred.o Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a receptionist or front desk executive.
