Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Clinic Head. As the Clinic Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a full-time position with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in healthcare management or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in clinic management
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance

Roles and Responsibilities

:

• Monitoring Patients treatment
• Treat the patients according to the Ayurvedic System of Medicine
• Performing duties like checking Sugar, BP, etc.
• Monitoring the Improvement of Patient
• Taking follow up with the nurses about regular treatment and dose of the patients.

• Can execute an entire work individually.
• Can focus on multiple tasks at the same time.
• Fully devoted to working and absolutely professional.
• Good demonstration and communication skills both verbal and written.
