About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as
Client Support Executives
. This is an excellent opportunity for

to start a career in customer support and CRM. You will assist clients, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client queries professionally via calls, emails, and messages
Update and maintain client data in the CRM system accurately
Prepare simple daily and weekly reports of client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues on time
Provide accurate information and assistance to clients
Ensure a positive and satisfying client experience
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, CRM entries)
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills
Freshers / graduates / pursuing students
