Client Onboarding

: Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding experience for new clients. Build trust and long- term relationships through regular engagement.

Customer Training

: Conduct product walkthroughs and training sessions.

Need Analysis:

Understand and evaluate customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.

Upsell & Renewals

: Drive product upgrades and renewals to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Reporting

: Share monthly/quarterly reports and insights with clients to track performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

: Work closely with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?700,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
