Job Description


Position: Client Success Manager / Operations Manager Job Overview: Client Success Manager / Operations Manager has the primary responsibility of on boarding and engaging every new client that has signed up for the platform. Their job would be to deliver success by way of meeting predefined KPIs that will ultimately satisfy the client\'s marketing goals. Onboarding KPIs would primarily focus on data collection, gathering, synthesizing and publishing using the Location Bank platform. Engagement KPIs would be focused on strategic inputs and activities for SEO (Local SEO specifically), generating reports, creating templates and ultimately driving organic growth for the client\'s brand. Secondary activities would include ORM activities, setting up and customizing the platform and so on. Technical Qualifications and Background: Seasoned digital marketing professional with a strong background in SEO Deep understanding and working knowledge of Google My Business Hands-on experience in executing local SEO strategies from start to finish Hands-on experience in driving organic growth via SEO/ local SEO Background in performance marketing is preferred Experience working with analytical tools and keyword research tools Keen interest in working with new digital marketing technologies Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships efficiently Respond to client\'s queries within a time frame and structure technical responses in a certain format Onboarding new clients within a structured technical framework Be involved in software and product development Develop KPIs with clients and achieve them within a given time frame Use be spoke Location Bank software to: Do product demos Track client performance and growth Maintain client\'s overall digital performance on key channels such as Apple, Tom Tom, Waze etc Identify weak areas and strategies to improve Develop bespoke strategies for community management Develop bespoke strategies around local SEO Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities Ad-hoc liaisons with key stakeholders to manage third party platforms Manage technical workflow with the resources provided Written and verbal communication with clients to be professional within the scope laid out in the company culture and ethos.
