Client Servicing Trainee
Job Description
Shobiz is actively looking for Trainees as a part of Client Servicing team. During the six-month probation, Trainees get exposure to Client Servicing areas at Shobiz. They will get both formal and on-the job learning opportunities while studying and developing their professional skills. : Responsibilities as a Client Servicing Trainee Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues. Planning event details and aspects, including seating, guests etc as per event requirements Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise Volunteering at the event location Coordinating with internal teams pre and post event for smoother process Kickstart to Success One- week induction and introduction to your mentor Two live projects in 4-5 months Exposure to on-going client work Performance review in 3 months Confirmation on successful completion of the probation basis fair assessment Mentorship Every trainee will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance during the program. They will supervise and give feedback on overall performance, project deliverables and skills. The mentors will play a critical role to kickstart their careers at Shobiz Eligibility Strong academic performance with a focus on subjects that are relevant to role that you are applying for Good written and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
